At Kong Style Training, we offer 1:1 strength training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals and to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our training programs include functional and explosive training. All programs are tailored to what is best for you.
We also offer online coaching programs which provides you with structured strength training, expert support and nutritional guidance that fits around work, family and real-world schedules.
Strength training will enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training also protects your joints from injury. This can help you maintain independence as you age.
